From People Who Care

We are a community-driven group, designed by people who live with pain for those who experience it. Our goal is to help people grappling with persistent pain to empower themselves by providing a safe space to share and learn using pain support and guidance that the community has found useful and helping you to navigate this journey with the understanding that you are not alone. We encourage open discussions about pain and mental health with those who truly understand.

Our Mission

Here we want to share a space where anyone living with persistent pain can feel welcome, supported and safe. A space where you can empower yourself to live a better life with pain by becoming part of a community who know the challenges of pain and the possibilities of recovery.

Learn how effective self management can open the doorway to a better life. Here we understand that learning about yourself and about how pain works can be key to this and we provide clear pathways to information you can have confidence in. It is also a place where stories of life with and beyond pain are shared and where management, life improving strategies and most importantly, hope, can be found.

Partnering Pain is a growing community that welcomes everybody, supports all, and knows that while persistent pain is a complex, challenging and lonely experience, Together we can all do better.
